Functionality

• This line starts from the axis of the transfer point (bleeding line end) and ends at the transfer platform (carcass) after processing end. During this distance, the processes of transfer, legs and chest openings, tail openings, skinning, removal of the internal organs. This fixed hook system to chain conveyor by the bolts. The motion of the reducer shall be transferred to the conveyor through the chain wheel. In the end of line processed sheep will be transferring to sheep trolley.
