Functionality

• It is utilized to transfer meat with bones from the Pre-Cutting Table to the Rotary Table. The personnel at the Pre-Cutting Table places the pieces onto the Meat Conveying Belt when the Meat Processing Belt Conveyor is initiated. Workers at the Shredding Desks receive these parts and proceed with the processing. The fat from the pieces is deposited into crates beneath the Chopping Table, the meat is placed onto the Meat Conveyor Belt, and the bones are conveyed onto the Bone Conveyor Belt.
