Functionality
- It should be in a position in which it can put the slaughtered animal on the bleeding monorail line. The motion is transferred to the rope reel through chain wheel and chain. Additionally, there is a snub pulley located at a close distance to the rope reel. Snub pulley is installed (depending on the location of the system) on the monorail or on the crane chassis. The speed of the elevator is 22 m/min. The elevator has a lifting capacity of 2000 kgs. When the load is standing on the desire location, it will be installed on the engine and with magnetic brake system, for the sake of the occupational safety (This brake is of heavy operation type and is 10 kg/cm). There will be equipment appropriate to equip the cattle bleeding hooks and operation hooks, at the end of the crane ropes.
